Necia Jones
President, Founder & CEO
Born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, Necia always knew she was destined for greatness. In 2009, she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Hospitality Management from Delaware State University, continuing her education with a Master’s Degree in Project Management and Business Administration from Strayer University in 2014.
Samantha Justice Kelley
Chairwoman
Samantha Justice Kelley is a creative thought partner in her full-time career as an HR Consultant in the nonprofit sector. She advises her clients, the majority of whom hold leadership roles in their respective organizations, on labor law compliance, workforce planning, employee relations management, recruiting and onboarding strategies, benefits and compensation equity, and employee performance and development.
Brianna Harris
Secretary
Brianna Harris is a native of New York City. Although she grew up in Wilmington, DE and attended a local high school there, she has always remained true to her roots. Brianna is a proud dog mom to an Australian terrier and cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends outside of work.
Kendra Brown
Board Member
Kendra Brown is a community leader born and raised in Wilmington Delaware by a strong education first family. She has been an early childhood educator for over 10 years at Christina Cultural Arts Center. She is currently seeking new adventures as a Special Needs/Autism Board Certified Educator.
Nadiah Lacy
Board Member
Nadiah, a New Castle County, Delaware native, discovered her passion for digital creation in high school, which led to a growing presence on social media and attracting prospective clients. Now building her media company, she leverages her connections within the Pay It Forward Networking Group while studying Communications to enhance her business acumen. Nadiah aims to combine her talents and fresh ideas to contribute meaningfully to the group.
