Meeting Called to order at 6:18 pm by Madam President Necia Jones

Not applicable at this time; it was determined that this meeting minutes will be the first official document

President Necia Jones was having a meeting with her supervisor at work at mentioned this non-profit. This led to further discussion and her supervisor invited her to present to the entire team.

Organizational changes/titles
The Non-profit was originally organized as a LLC and titles corresponded to that of an LLC; after further investigation, the correct entity is a corporation, and titles should reflect such
Jetta Alberts will now be secretary; Tonnesha Newman will now be Chief Financial Officer; Shy Jones will be Chairperson; Necia Jones founder/CEO
