  • Tynetta Clemments - July live is July 20.  Need a flyer created for this. Jazz can create - costs $25.  Need to share on LinkedIn.  Need to send her questions (Kendra has a few in draft, Samantha & Shy can send add’l questions 

  • Darrin Wilson - August live (date change)  Changed to August 31 (last Thursday of the month) 

  • Branding & Marketing – must stay consistent with reaching out to audience 

  • Grants & Contracts - explore more state contracts

  • Wix continues to pull from CashApp; needs to be redirected to a different account 

  • Giving Tuesday Monetary Goal?   

  • Create a campaign video to express needs and post to social media 

  • Necia wants to focus on Live events, website content, research government contracts 

  • 2nd Annual December Mixer – work on sponsorship to cover food (pizza & wings).  Know any food vendors? 

  • Buy Back the Block virtual event – Necia will handle in November  

Shy Jones: 

  • email blast template for Samantha – confirm date it is being sent out  

  • Who is being featured in the next board member spotlight for August?

  • Has a section been made for content from the lives

Samantha Justice Kelley:   

  • Grants – did not win Amber Grant in June 

  • Government contracts 

  • Sponsor packages & other partnerships (Samantha) - Creating sponsor packages; can reference the PAL 

  • Contact information for person who is providing additional services (marketing material needs to be created) - partnership with Joshua Patterson, career coach & resume writer 

  • Raised question about use of Constant Contact; each Board Member should register for a free account back-to-back to take advantage of 30-day free trail of email support
